At Top Gun Shop, we ensure your flight gear meets the highest standards, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all pilot tags and patches attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring the flight jacket or apparel is securely folded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our hangar team has inspected the return and issued your refund.
